How long will it take for my thermostat to arrive?
Your thermostat will arrive within two weeks after your order is placed.
What are the eligibility requirements for this offer? 
In order to be eligible for the offer, the following requirements must be met:
• Applicant must be a residential SEMCO ENERGY Gas Company service customer at the time of equipment installation.
• Rebates are available on a first come, first serve basis and are contingent upon available program funding and subject to the terms and conditions.
• Must replace a non-programmable thermostat. Limit one thermostat per home.
• Primary heating system must be natural gas.
What information will I need to provide to confirm my eligibility?
Your name and address are required to confirm you’re a customer of SEMCO ENERGY Gas Company along with some basic information about your home’s current heating system.
