Sealing the tiny leaks and cracks in your home where air can escape helps prevent your heating and cooling system from working harder than it has to by reducing your home’s air leaks by 10 percent or greater.

- Must reduce your home’s air leaks by 10 percent or greater.
- Rebates are available on a first come, first served basis and are contingent upon available program funding.
- Must pressurize home with a blower-door test. Calculate final percentage as (Test-in-Test-out)/(Test-in).
- Must be performed by a licensed contractor.
- Primary heating system must be natural gas.
- The applicant must be a residential account holder of SEMCO ENERGY Gas Company at the time of equipment installation.
- The application must be received within 90 days of equipment installation date or by December 31, 2024, whichever comes first.
- The equipment/service must be installed or performed between January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
