- Rebates are available on a first come, first served basis and are contingent upon available program funding.
- Must provide Test-in, Test-out through either blower-door subtraction or pressure pan testing.
- Must be performed by a licensed contractor.
- Primary heating system must be natural gas.
- The applicant must be a residential account holder of SEMCO ENERGY Gas Company at the time of equipment installation.
- The application must be received within 90 days of equipment installation/service date or by December 31, 2024, whichever comes first.
- The equipment/service must be installed or performed between January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
