- Rebates are available on a first come, first served basis and are contingent upon available program funding.
- Insulation rebates are tiered based on base and final R-value as listed above. At a minimum, to qualify for a rebate the existing/base R-value must be R-19 or less and final R-value must be R-30 or greater. Must insulate 500 square feet or greater. Maximum of one ceiling insulation rebate per home.
- The applicant must be a residential account holder of SEMCO ENERGY Gas Company at the time of equipment installation.
- The application must be received within 90 days of equipment installation date or by December 31, 2024, whichever comes first.
- The equipment must be purchased and installed between January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
